I’ll be pouring some of my favorite fizz from the trip and have plenty of stories about the producers, the wines, and I’m sure some (mis)adventures. Blind Tasting Bingo – Sunday February 23rd 7pm - "Blind Tasting Bingo" A fun & educational series intended to gather wine lovers of all levels in a relaxed, cozy setting. It will be structured to engage all tasters, from seasoned wine industry professionals to beginners just learning about wine - in a light, convivial environment. Field Trip Class – Friday March 7th 6:30pm – There was such demand for the first offering of this class, I decided to add a second seating! Join me for a delightful evening of stories, adventures, and fantastic champagne. We’ll enjoy some of the wines I had while I was in Champagne as we talk about styles, flavors, and textures of the wines. We’ll compare how much of these come from the winemaker versus the terrior, or a bit of both. The final list of wines is still being worked out, but we’ll taste 8 champagnes including wines from Laval, Bereche, Laherte, Lassaigne, Chartogne, and more! $50 per person, reservations required. This will be an awesome night, don’t miss it!
Crown Paella Sherry Dinner - Friday March 14th - We’re teaming up with the awesome folks at Crown Paella for a multi-course Sherry dinner. Full menu and details TBA.
Prestige Champagne – Friday April 4th – My December Prestige Champagne tastings are always full, and a great time, but because of the hectic nature of December many of you haven’t been able to join us. Here’s your chance to taste many of the best Champagnes. Full line up TBA, but I’m sure we’ll see Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill, Dom Perignon Oenotheque, and more. $125 per person, reservations required.
Spring - April 18 – By April I’m tired of heavy food and big reds. I’m ready for fresh veggies and lighter wines. Join me for a fun evening of wines give me that feeling of Spring and help relieve the monotony of winter. We’ll taste goodies like Gruner Veltliner, Trousseau, Sparkling, and more! $25 per person, reservations required.
